How to remember the unimaginable…
Sent: June 6, 2008 on 10:17 pm | Uncategorized |
Over the last few years we have all taken part in races, which have brought us to what seems like the ends of the earth. The canyons of Utah, the Oceans of Washington and the valleys of Tahoe have all left pictures in our minds which we will never forget… both good and bad. Â I personally have made attempts to capture those unforgettable scenes so I can show people the reason as to why I race, but up until now, have never had the equipment to do so. Â This year that is all going to change. Olympus have come on board to help us and we will now have photographic and video evidence of the bizarre places and stories that you all probably think we make up as we go. Â
Â
Olympus have a new line of cameras called the ‘Tough’ line which should be part of every adventure racers gear list. It has been made to withstand being dropped, crushed or even dropped in water…. They even have an accessory, which makes it float if it slips from your hand as you are riverboarding down the rapids… genius!
Â
“Adventure is yours for the taking with the µ 1030 SW. Waterproof, shockproof, freezeproof and crushproof, this camera goes wherever you do. And, with a choice of several colours, the µ 1030 SW further brightens the photo-taking experience.â€
